Let the Night
Let the night come. Let darkness fall, let clouds cover the sky and even the moon lie hidden. Let the night fall. I will be here with you, my arms around you, holding you safe in my heart.
Let the rains come. Let the storms gather, let the thunder roar as the lightning blinds. Let the furious winds blow and the clouds darken above. I will be here with you, lifting you up and carrying you to safety. I will be here with you, surrounding you with my love.
Let the days come. Let them come, one after another after another for all of time. Let the seconds and minutes and hours and days come. I will be here with you. I will cherish you always, until the last second of the last day, and when forever begins after that last second, my love will continue with it.
Let the sun rise, every morning, and the moon in the evening. Let the rains come, and we will run and dance in the falling water. Let the night come, and we will gaze into the light of each other’s eyes. Let whatever may come, come. I love you, and no matter what comes, I will always love you. Forever.
Laughter
The laughter of the rain falls as she spins, dancing, the grass bending beneath her bare feet. The wind dances with her, caressing through her hair, and there is laughter also in the ocean-colours of her eyes. There is no greater beauty on the earth than this woman, dancing through the rain, hand in hand with the wind.
You, my love, my rain-dancer, you are this beauty, leaving the footprints of your feet on my heart, drawing springs of love from me, overflowing out through these words. I love you; let the wind whisper it, let the clouds call of my love for you. Let everything wild, everything beautiful, know that I love you, as no man before me, that you are the highest treasure, the most precious heart, the most utterly and elementally and fully beautiful woman in creation.
May your heart know, that I breathe all these things, with every beat of my heart. That with every fibre of me I will pursue your heart and your love. That I love you, endlessly, love of my heart.
You are
There is love written in my heart. Love, desire, devotion, flowing through my veins. A steadfast longing, to share whatever may come with the one love of my heart.
You, fae, beautiful, wild. You are the one that draws this longing from me; you are the one to whom the written love in my heart is meant for. You are the one who will forever have my devotion, my love, my adoration.
You are the one who is utterly precious to my heart, beyond anything else on this earth. You are the one, whose beauty draws nearly inexpressible joy from my very soul.
Wind-dancer, rain-singer. She who calls to my heart, in every wild, fae, sensual, free fiber of her being. You, love of my heart. You, are my desire, my love. Forever I will chase your heart, and surround it always in love.
Inkstains IV
Ink running down my arms, pumping through my veins and flowing out through my fingers. Words, in a stream of ceaseless love, unending wonder, eternal joy.
Joy in you, my love. Love of you, wonder at the immense and utter beauty of person that is you.
Darling sweet, darling divine, my heart cannot hold the overflowing need to express the depth of my love for you. My soul cannot quiet the words like rushing water, singing always of how dear and precious you are.
Fire-singer, rain-fae, night-dancer. With your enchanting eyes, your lovely face, your beautiful skin, your fairest feet. With your heart, deep and loving and compassionate and wilder than the reflection of moonbeams in undiscovered forest streams.
Love of my heart, a rising song stirs my soul and parts my lips. A song of love, of hope, of adoration and devotion. I love you, beautiful fae. No matter where your wings or your bare feet carry you, my heart will stand ever strong and deep beside you.
Heart of my heart
My lady, my love. She who has my heart, woman who dances in the rain and sings every night into being.
I love you, with all of me. I love you with the calm and steadiness of mountains, the peace of the still ocean, the passion and strength of fire. I love you, and my heart’s desire is to love and be loved by you. Delight you, enjoy you, and be enjoyed by you. To receive the wonderful, special love of your heart, and give you the rushing river of my love.
I adore you, love of mine, from your ocean eyes to your lovely feet. My touch, my softest kisses and tender caresses are reserved, waiting with my forevers, belonging to you.
I love you, woman of my dreams, love of my heart. I will never abandon your side. I will love you without end, until the stars go out and even after, eternally. Heart of my heart, I love you.
Ask the Morning
Ask the morning, love of mine, how I cherish the first rays of sun softly lighting your face. Ask the moon, and the stars above, how I long to hold you, alone and together, beneath their outstretched light.
Ask the wind, love of mine, how swift is my heart to love you. Ask the ocean how vast, how deep is my love. Ask the night, love of mine, how my heart watches even in rest, and longs, yearning for the touch of your own heart.
Ask each day, from the morning dew to the setting sun, how I adore you, more in every rising and setting. Ask the mountains, love of mine, how strong is my love, how steady.
Love of my heart, ask the grass light beneath your bare feet. Ask the drifting clouds and the falling rain. Ask the silent flight of birds high above, ask everything mystic, everything magic, ask all of nature, how long will I love you. All that is will give you one answer.
Endlessly. Eternally. Forever.
Sings
Beauty dances like fire in your heart, stirring in the sparkling waves of your ocean eyes. Beauty, my longed-for. Your beauty is like concentrated magic, wild starlight galloping over a vast night sky.
Longing sings in my heart like the vast call of the wind, sweeping over the whole earth with rain. Love sings in my heart in an endless wave, my ocean sweeping forward against the sand for eternity.
You are the desire of my heart, the one that I love more deeply than any mortal words could express. You are the one that opens the wellsprings of my heart, I love you, fae one, with all my heart, and everything I am.

The wind drifted like unknown music, from nowhere, from everywhere. Moonlight shifted through canopies of leaves, and far below, a fae stared disdainfully into the ever-changing eyes of her pursuer.
Neither showed any sign of the chase, though they had flown over mountains, across rivers, through rolling hills and fields, unseen by the eyes of mortal men.
Her fairest skin gleamed and shimmered in the moon-bright beams, and his eyes still laughed as they shifted from stormy gray to a green that shamed the forest around them. Fireflies danced around them like tiny shooting stars, the wind, his wind, rustling the leaves around them. She held his gaze, showing nothing, still as though she were carved from stone.
No words were spoken, but the wind rustled the leaves, and the fireflies made the tiniest of sounds. He reached out, and his fingertips touched her, tracing slowly over her bare neck. His touch drifting over her skin was the breeze she had known, had danced with, and she knew then that he had become the wind.
He stepped closer, his eyes darkening and shifting to the color of ocean waves. Slow fire danced in his eyes, and his lips caressed her skin.
Inkstains III
Dearest. The word that so often runs through my heart, like a spring through a forest. Dearest. Precious.
It’s what you are, so utterly and fundamentally precious. You, and you alone, taken only as yourself. You are far more precious to me than anything on this earth. You, love of my heart, are more dear to me than my own life. It is ingrained, it is written in the words that spoke the universe, it is weaved into who I am, into who you are, into all that is. You are precious, my darling. My dearest.
The beauty that is you, from the deepest places of your heart through to the fairness of your skin, is dear, precious. The words you say, the glances and glimpses, the oceans in your fae eyes, are my treasures. Your laughter is dear, precious, wild joyful moments listening to happiness rain from your voice. Every part of you, everything that makes up the lovely fae woman you are. You are dear, love of my heart. You are precious.
Inkstains II
Scenes run through my head, sometimes. Scenes with you, love of my heart. See these dreams, each playing behind my eyes, and I want to make them true.
I want to chase you through the rain, feel it soaking through my clothes, running down my face and my back. I want to catch you, press you into my chest, almost skin to skin. I want to kiss you, in the rain, become one with you under the falling water and the blue-gray clouds.
I want to wake up with you, to gaze into your eyes as the sub first lights them. I want to love you forever, safeguarding you in my arms, in my heart. I want to be your man, your one and only, as you are my one love, my only. I love you, with all that I am…my love, my heart, my everything, is yours.
