I know her

I know her like the back of my hand. Every line of the song her soul sings, my own heart has sung back. I know her like the kiss of a young man trailing down his lover’s back, the way he knows her every shiver at his touch. I know her, the look in her eyes that is at once wilder than any forest creature and more innocent than a child. I know her wild and dangerous and powerful, and I know her heart, caught by the fire in my own.

I know her, words simmering in her soul, intent on flowing from her lips, from her pen. I know her, laughing like the streaming laughter of a brook fleeing from the mountains. I know her. I know her, with that heart and that love unmatched by any other woman; the star that guides her is love, wild and insane and vast. I know her gypsy heart, dancing only for what stirs the secret fires of her soul. I know her untamed and untamable, mysterious and unknowable to mortals. Though I in my arrogance, have never claimed to be mortal.

I know you, fae one, faerie fire in the sparkling oceans of your eyes. I know you, your step barely pressing the grass, bare feet and hair caressed by the wind and a laugh like the rain on the earth. I know you, untamed and wild, uncatchable by any hand but my own.

Leave us, creatures of the wood. Be content with your glimpse, o magpies, and shriek no longer your boasts. Leave us, every bird and beast, to the light of the moon and the fire of the stars. My love is ravenous, and I have many nights left in which to devour. My love unspeakable is far from finished, and I have promised yet to make the moon blush.

Kiss

Darkest night and deepest ocean, the kiss of the wind on moonlit skin. Music on the breeze, Spanish music, flowing from heartstrings and shivers. Fae magic is she, dancing, bare feet lighter than the dew of the morning. His heart chases hers, his steps as fast and his heart as quick.

Kisses on the wind, drifting over land, over mountains, always to her. The every swift beat of his heart fueling the fire between them, eyes locked, gazes held. The slowest trailing touch over her skin, the lingering kisses over her mouth, and the slow tastes of the wine on her lips.

Wild

Wild the wind blows, rain falling over the land; her hair in the breeze, soaked by the storm, her bare feet kissed by grass. Seduction comes in my voice, reflecting in my eyes. My heart chases hers, searching for her. Fae woman, wild and untamable, I will not stop until my kisses rain over you like the drops from the clouds. I will not cease until my fingertips have caressed your skin, my lips and touch adoring the entirety of your beauty. I will never end, my love, my chase, my seduction. I will hold you in my arms, I will lay you down and press you gently to my heart, I will chase you to cherish your heart and to have you as my own. I long for you, body and heart and soul. Beautiful fae, and I will never end.

Wait

What is the winter’s wind compared to the warmth of your lips, my lady, my love?  My dancer, your eyelashes like transparent garments about your swaying hips. What is the sun’s heat, when compared to the blood that stirs within us, kindling in in our fingertips? What is the wind and the drifting mist, compared to the breeze of my touch, trailing down the length of your back?

What are the songs of the courts of the fae; and what are their wild lyrics, compared with the music I want to draw from your lips, the music I long to play on your body. My own fae, beautiful and wild, with skin of the moonlight and eyes of ocean. What can it be, that mortals call seduction, that draws the lines of my caresses over you, guides my lips to the curve of your neck. This ancient name of slow seduction, this is what guides my arms to lift you up, press you against my bare chest and claim you with the kisses of my mouth. Wait, my kisses, wait, my fingertips. Tease, torment, and trace over her skin. Wait, my softest kiss, and draw your caresses slowly.

Answer

Our love is like soft guitar, singing in the moonlight. Our love is like ocean waves, reflecting in your eyes, like endless stars. My love for you, is like a burning flame, like a ceaseless sea. My love is like the wind, moving over the whole earth to the heart of the woman I adore.

I love you, woman of the rain. My heart calls, longing, to protect you, cherish you. My soul yearns to carry you and stand beside you always.

Precious, beautiful fae. I love you, with every rising morn, with every starlit moment and every fading eve. For every moment until there are no more, and for eternity afterwards.

Calling

The sound of the violin carries on the wind, and my love dances, bare feet tripping lightly in the grass. My heart stirs, and is drawn to her irresistibly, my soul urging me to catch her up in my arms and dance with her endlessly.

My heart urges love through my veins, flowing from my pen, from all that I am to her own heart. She is beautiful beyond beautiful, wondrous, more precious to me than life.

To wake up to her in the morning would be bliss; to fall asleep with her in my arms, would be heaven. She is my true-love, forever and ever. To love her forever, cherish her forever, is the calling of my heart.

My love

My love. Your eyes are the ones that hold mine; irresistible. You are my best friend, the one my heart longs to hold, and the one I want to know my heart. My longing is for you, your beauty and the beauty of your heart, my love.

You are the friend of my soul, you are the lovely fae of my dreams. Your voice and your laughter is the music that I want to wake up to every morning. You are the one I yearn to protect, cherish, and adore, forever. My love.

My love will never cease, never end, never lessen. I love you, and you alone. Nothing, love of my heart, could be more important, more precious, than you. Always, you will be the greatest treasure, the highest honor, the greatest adventure, and my one love. Forever.

Short

Love of my heart, friend of my soul. Woman who haunts my dreams, I love you. No matter what wild winds blow, I will stand with you, fight alongside you through battles, and carry you away to a place of rest. My arms will never seek to do what is not comfort and protection to you. My heart will never do that which is inspired by utter love for you. You are safe, my love, in my arms and in my heart, surrounded by my love you will be safe.

No matter

No matter the dark, creeping oe’r the moon, no matter the calls of strange creatures of the night. No matter the fears, no matter the dangers, I will be with you.

When the ground shakes, and the sky grows dark; when the rains cease to be gentle friends and turn to storms, I will be here. I will be steady ground beneath your feet, and I will not let floods wash you away.

I love you. O woman, love of my heart, know that no matter flood or fire or storm or hell itself, I will not leave you to fight alone. With all my strength and voice and love, I will hold you dearer than life itself, and fight to keep your head above water, carry you over broken rocks. In my love you will be safe, wondrous, precious, dearest to my heart. You have my love, my promise, my faithfulness. Forever.
